Rance Sanders' background is in Real Estate as the founder and CEO of The Sanders Trust, which has developed or acquired healthcare properties since 1989. In addition to his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Mr. Sanders graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a member of the International Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma, all at The University of Alabama.

As an active community volunteer, Angie is a member of The Literacy Guild of Better Basics. She also supports many Baptist mission initiatives. Angie is a Senior Inactive member of The Service Guild and The Civiettes Club of Birmingham. She graduated Summa Cum Laude earning a Masters and Bachelor degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama.

Casey and her husband, Simeon, designed, built, and founded Manos de Compasion School in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala to educate formerly abused, neglected, and orphaned foster children. Casey served as the school administrator and principal. She graduated with a bachelor degree in education from the University of Alabama.
